The Cottage
This beautiful stone barn conversion sits in a spectacular setting on the fringes of Cilgwyn mountain in Carmel, overlooking the beautiful North Wales coastline from the royal town of Caernarfon through to the Rival mountains in Trefor and Porthdinllaen on the Lleyn Peninsular, Anglesey and even as far as the Wicklow mountains on the East coast of Ireland. The barn lies next to the owner's house on a smallholding of 1.5 acres and has its own parking spaces and private terrace furnished with picnic table and BBQ. Residents are also welcome to use the owner's decking area to the side of the main house, any field areas and enjoy collecting the free range eggs from the hen house.
The barn has been recently renovated to a high standard with great attention to detail and aims to incorporate the old cottage style with all the modern creature comforts to ensure residents enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. television with DVD player. An open staircase leads up from this room
to the first floor.
